  • Own 100m (328 feet) deep municipality grade well that is legally permitted. Well functions on a solar pump that is powered by solar panels.

  • 18,000 liter prefab concrete holding tank. And a pump house with a pressure tank.

  • Property and house is also connected to Santa Marta municipality water 

  • Irrigation system installed for sections of the gardens

Electricity: Two sources of electricity

  • House is on solar and battery backup (battery can power house for 6-hours without interruption)

  • House is also connected to the grid (we installed a new transformer to power the property)
